  1. Return Period

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

To request a return, customers should contact us within the applicable 30-day return period.

Returns requested after the 30-day period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

  1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must generally:

Be returned within the applicable 30-day return period;
Be in its original or reasonably comparable condition;
Not have been used;
Not have been altered or intentionally damaged;
Include relevant original components, accessories, or packaging when applicable; and
Be in a condition suitable for resale.
3. Used or Resale-Impaired Products

Products that have been used or products whose condition has been materially affected so that they cannot reasonably be resold are not eligible for return.

This may include products showing significant signs of use, stains, damage, excessive wear, modification, or other conditions that materially reduce their resale value.

Natural variations in hand-crafted or woven products, such as minor differences in texture, color, weave, or shape, may not by themselves constitute product defects.

  1. Quality Issues, Defective Products, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, materially damaged, or substantially different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

For an approved return related to a quality issue, manufacturing defect, material defect, or an error on our part, RIVERPEAK GROUP LLC will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs or other information to help us evaluate the issue.

  1. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

If you wish to return an eligible product for reasons unrelated to product quality, such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

The original shipping charge, if any, may also be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Do not send a return package to an address not provided or confirmed by our customer service team.

  1. Return Inspection

Once the returned product is received, we may inspect it to determine whether it meets the requirements of this Return Policy.

If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, altered, or otherwise unsuitable for resale, the return may be rejected to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will generally be processed within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After we process the refund, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

  1. Partial Refunds

In circumstances where only part of an order is eligible for a refund, we may issue a refund only for the eligible product or portion of the order.

  1. Non-Returnable Circumstances

A return may be denied when:

The 30-day return period has expired;
The product has been used;

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
