What products do you sell?

We specialize in woven straw baskets, storage baskets, and hand-crafted baskets designed for practical storage and home organization.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship orders within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally processed the same business day or within 1 business day. Estimated delivery is generally 3–5 business days after order processing.

Can I return my order?

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Who pays return shipping?

For approved returns caused by a quality issue, defect, damaged product, or an error on our part, RIVERPEAK GROUP LLC will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For returns unrelated to product quality, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I return a product after using it?

Generally, no.

Used products or products whose condition has been materially affected so that they are no longer reasonably suitable for resale are not eligible for return.

When will I receive my refund?

After an approved returned product is received and inspected, the refund is generally processed within 3–5 business days.

The refund is normally issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.

Are your products hand-crafted?

Some of our products are hand-crafted or feature natural woven materials. Minor variations in texture, weave, color, or shape may occur and can be natural characteristics of these products.

Are purchases subscription-based?

No.

All purchases through our website are one-time sales. We do not automatically enroll customers into recurring subscriptions or recurring product charges.
